1. PRINCIPLES OF LAW THAT WE WILL APPLY TO YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION 

It will be apply the principles in accordance with the Regulation (UE) 2016/679 of the Europe Parliament and the Council, of April 27th, 2016, related to protection of natural people regarding the treatment of personal data and the free circulation of it:

- Principle of lawfulness, loyalty and transparency: your consent will be required for the processing of your personal data for one or more specific purposes, of which you will be informed in advance.  

Principle of data minimization: the strictly necessary will be requested in relation to the purposes for which we require them.

Principle of the term of conservation: the data will be kept just while our relationship and as long as the laws oblige us to do it. Once these deadlines are finalized, we will proceed to eliminate them safely and respectfully with the environment. 

Principle of integrity and confidentiality: your data will be treated with the maximum possible security, guaranteeing confidentiality in the personal data you provide us. We avoid access to third parties to be able to have your data with our guarantee and commitment, respecting your confidentiality and security.

There is a possibility that interested parts oppose the processing of their data, so they can withdraw consent whenever you want and, from that moment, SYDIS will stop using your data. In addition, as an interested part, you have the right to receive the personal data that concerns you, the personal data that you have provided us and the right to transmit them to another person in charge of processing when: 

- The treatment is based on consent.

- The data has been provided by the interested person.

- The treatment is carried out by automatic means. 


3. FOR WHAT PURPOSE DO WE PROCESS YOUR PERSONAL DATA?

When a user connects to the SYDIS website to contact us, they are providing personal information for which SYDIS is responsible. 4. WHO WILL KNOW YOUR DATA?

In accordance with the European General Data Protection Regulation (RGPD) 2016/679, sydis.es will be responsible for the processing of data corresponding to web users and subscribers. 

-  In general, only the staff of our entity that is duly authorized may have knowledge of the information we request.

- Similarly, those entities that need access to your personal information so that we can provide our services can have it.

- Likewise, those public or private entities to which we are obliged to provide your personal data will be aware of your personal information due to compliance with any law. By giving an example, the Tax Law obliges to provide the Tax Agency with certain information on economic operations that exceed a certain amount.

In the event that, apart from the assumptions mentioned, we need to disclose your personal information to other entities, we will previously request your permission through clear options that will allow you to decide in this regard.


5. SECURITY AND PROTECTION OF YOUR DATA

Sydis.es is committed to the use and processing of users’ personal data, respecting their confidentiality and using them in accordance with the purpose of it, as well as to comply with their obligation to keep them and adapt all measures to avoid alteration, loss, treatment or unauthorized access, in accordance with the provisions of current data protection regulations. 

In sydis.es we include a SSL certificate, a security protocol that makes your data travel in a complete and secure way, that is, the transmission of data between a server and web user, and in feedback, it is fully encrypted. 

In relation to the confidentiality of the processing, sydis.es will ensure that any person who is authorized by sydis.es to process customer data (including its staff, contributor and providers), will be under the appropriate obligation of confidentiality (either a contractual or legal duty).

When a security incident occurs, when sydis realize it, we must notify the client without undue delay and must provide appropriate information related to the Security Incident when it is known or when the Client reasonably requests it.


6. CAN YOU REMOVE CONSENT SUBSEQUENTLY?

The consent given, both for the treatment and for the transfer of the interested parts’ data, is revocable at any time by communicating it to sydis.es in the terms established in this Policy for the exercise of ARCO rights. This revocation will in no case be retroactive. 


7. HOW LONG WILL WE KEEP YOUR DATA?

The personal data provided will be kept until its elimination is requested by the interested part and as long as the laws oblige us. Once the applicable legal deadlines have ended, we will proceed to eliminate them in a safe and environmentally friendly way.
